Meet Seon-ji, a sweet girl who dreams of becoming a professional pâtissière . Behind her cheerful daytime facade, there's a dark secret that even she doesn't know about—a mysterious curse that turns her into a wild and uncontrollable figure every night.
To complicate matters, the night version of Seon-ji has no memory of what she was doing while the curse was in effect. And so the chaos begins.
One unusual summer night, the night-time version of Seon-ji accidentally runs into Gil-gu—a clumsy, unemployed neighbor. Seeing an opportunity to solve the increasingly uncontrollable problem, Seon-ji's family hires Gil-gu as their personal "night watchman."
However, the job isn't as easy as it seems. Gil-gu ends up falling for the daytime version of Seon-ji, who has no idea what's going on. Meanwhile, he must deal with the nighttime version of the same girl—a wild, energetic, and often chaotic figure.
In this absurd yet adorable journey, Gil-gu is determined to uncover the secret of the curse that binds Seon-ji, and help the two of them — day and night — find their own paths to a better future.
